So i have really weird dreams all the time and i always remember them. Just so everyone knows i am deathly afraid of tornadoes. I dream about them a lot. Sometimes i can actually feel myself raising up into the air. That's when tornado dreams really freak me out. Anyway is there a cure for stressful scary dreams? Sometimes i have dreams about zombies and i have to smash their heads with my bare hands. Sometimes i have to find ways to protect Guin from impossible situations. Sometimes our car crashes into water and i have to save three people. I'm talking crazy gory stuff. Nothing normal really happens in them. The most relaxing dream I've had lately is falling in love with Andy Dick. Weird yes. Is their any one else who feels my pain?

I had a friend in a similar situation (not quite as violent, but lots of weird dreams) and she really had to start paying attention to her diet and what she was eating and how it was affecting her. I know it's not an immediate fix, but maybe it will help?
I'm Bekah's sister Eve, and I always(!) have weird dreams- violent, futuristic, scary, everything... Bekah has some really weird dreams too. You should ask her about the "little brown baby girl". Anyway, it's never what I eat though, just my unconscious mind trying to communicate while I'm asleep with what's in my brain. They make for good stories though. Once I was running from lava in Pompeii.
